At Prep & Perfect, we are committed to providing high-quality kitchen tools and accessories. While we stand by the durability and craftsmanship of our products, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resealable condition.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale products


2. Order Issues & Quality Concerns

Your satisfaction matters to us! If there is an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

✔ Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
✔ Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
✔ Send photos of any damaged or incorrect products.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, such as:

  • A replacement product

  • A refund (if applicable)

  • Store credit for a future purchase


3. Special Orders & Deposits

Some bulk or special orders may require a non-refundable deposit of 5%.

Cancellations made at least 2 days before shipping may be eligible for partial store credit.
Late cancellations or unclaimed deliveries will not be refunded.


4. Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only in the case of:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Wrong item(s) shipped

  • Approved order cancellations

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
If a refund is not applicable, store credit may be offered instead.
