2.2 Bulk Orders & Special Requests
For bulk purchases or special product requests, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 14% may be required to secure the order.
3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3.2 Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please treat our staff and other customers with courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
